All, On November 10th we will be taking Test #2. As always you are allowed to use you composition book to aid you when taking the test. #### Lesson Tomorrow - Math 1

Look up scientific notation. This is what we will be covering tomorrow. It would help you to get a jump on content so you know what bothers you and what is easy for you to understand. In your book its on pg 78 |

#### Math 1 - Quiz on Monday, Oct 10, 2016

Your quiz will be on operation manipulation with decimals. That means adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing decimals. There are tons of resources online but if you are confused then email me. I am also attaching videos from Youtube that will also help. |

#### Procedures for Test Day - 9/30 All Blocks

All, As I have mentioned in class, tomorrow (Sept. 30, 2016) is Test #1 for all blocks. Before entering into the classroom all students will be stopped for notebook check. Pages with pen or non-transcribed pages (stapled or glued worksheet pages) will be taken out of your composition notebooks. Once your notebook is you will be allowed to enter the classroom, silently. Once inside the room you will take your seat and await further instructions. NOTE - the only things that can enter into the testing area (classroom) is your composition book and a SHARPENED pencil. Nothing else. Late arrivals will not be allowed to take the test unless they have a note indicting where they were and why they were there. No exceptions. |

All blocks Quiz #1 has been graded and returned back to you all. If you achieved a grade that you werent proud of then you need to show you to tutorial period Tuesdays and Thursday at 3:15pm in Room 3. |
